Some of the best tacos in town emerge from the kitchen of this spot that is always packed with work crews. Here, handmade corn tortillas are folded around delicacies such as stewed beef cheeks and pork al pastor. The house specialty, the tlayuda (a cross between a pizza and a tortilla, showered with meats, shredded lettuce, and two kinds of Mexican cheese), is arguably better than the tacos and the flavorful house chicken mole.

    I am not surprised Taqueria La Oaxaqueña made it on the list . I am from Mexico and try to avoid eating at “Mexican” restaurants because they lack authenticity. Their food is delicious and authentic , The hand made tortillas ,the salsas ,everything is really good and fresh. Although it is far from fancy dining ,if what you want is good Mexican Food this is the place to go .Highly recomended.
