Just reopened, this spaceship-shaped cocktail lounge isn’t Downtown’s only revolving rooftop hotel bar, just the most bad-ass. The refurbished Polaris ably captures a midcentury coolness (it first opened in 1967), and the setting is at once panoramic and intimate.
