Maxine Hyland, design director of Kings Home Furnishings, created a restful haven on the terrace level using a neutral palette of taupe, sand, and grey with natural-aged woods and metals. She combined accents and styles reminiscent of 19th- and 20th-century America, France, and England using comfortable furnishings and unique accessories.

Maxine has a passion for design excellence and has been designing both nationally and internationally for twenty-five years. Her designs have been featured in Southern Living, Atlanta magazine, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Atlanta Life Magazine.
