    Laura D. Testino is a summer 2014 news intern. The Atlanta area native recently completed her first year at the University of Alabama, where she is pursuing a dual-degree in journalism and dance with a minor in general business. Over the past year, Testino augmented her reporting experience by writing for Druid City Living, a Tuscaloosa-based magazine, and for the culture desk of The Crimson White, the university newspaper. Testino hopes to further develop a journalistic niche in arts and culture by expanding her reporting experience while also incorporating her background and current involvement in dance and performing arts.
