Owners Todd Mussman, Ryan Turner, and Chris Hall pride themselves on thinking outside the box, and it was a brilliant stroke to set up an all-you-can-eat Sunday buffet line in the kitchen they inherited—an almost-5,000-square-foot culinary playground designed for the space’s first tenant, Joel Antunes. Move down the long line of burners and ovens as you peruse housemade breads; seasonal soups; variations on breakfast classics like red velvet pancakes; rich quiches; and three-bite plates of ever-changing dishes such as braised short rib over potatoes, kale, and huckleberry-cashew chutney.
