Every week, we give you a detailed calendar of upcoming dining events to help you navigate the weekend’s culinary festivities. With the New Year looming large, we’re dedicating this week’s edition to restaurants with special New Year’s Eve offerings to give you a truly Atlantan way to toast the future.

PACES 88
The St. Regis Atlanta’s Paces 88 has two (and two halves) prix fixe dining options for the special day. A $65 four-course tasting menu runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Then an $125 eight-course tasting menu runs from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with the option to add wine pairings for six of the courses for an additional $75. Starting at 7 p.m., patrons can head to The Wine Room and the hotel’s bar for a $50 cover, which’ll get them appetizers and a breakfast—if they choose to stay till 1 a.m. And the backdrop to all the money-dropping will be live entertainment in the hotel’s Long Gallery.

SHAUN'S
Inman Park’s Shaun’s has an a la carte menu of the restaurant’s signatures, along with a gourmet tasting menu for $50. Stick around till midnight, and get a complimentary champagne toast—plus party favors.

BLT STEAK
W Atlanta-Downtown’s BLT Steak has two prix fixe dinners, with mostly overlapping menus. The four-course, $65 option starts at 5:30 p.m. and involves oysters, jumbo scallops, pistachio-crusted venison, and chestnut-honey ice cream. The five-course, $95 version begins at 8 p.m. and entails cauliflower mousse, frog legs soup, lobster cannelloni, roasted pheasant, and mimosa sorbet. And afterwards, you can stick around for the hotel’s $100 evening, entailing performances by Angie Aparo and Michael Tolcher plus DJ Rod Summers. The bar will be open from 9 p.m. until midnight, when guests will get a complimentary Veuve Clicquot champagne toast.

TWELVE
Both Lobby and Room at Twelve will have menu offerings from breakfast through dinner along with balloons, noisemakers, and a champagne toast at midnight.

30 TABLES
The Glenn’s 30 Tables has a $55 four-course prix fixe menu that entails raw oysters, petite filet, and chocolate mousse. And the hotel has a $249 package that includes an overnight stay and a champagne toast with spinning by DJ Tabone to seal the night.

ONE MIDTOWN KITCHEN
Themed menu items, hats, noisemakers, a balloon drop, and all the other trappings of New Year’s will spice up One Midtown Kitchen.

CRAFT
It’s dinner as usual at Craft, but the destination has an enticing holiday package. If you buy a New Year’s Eve package at The Mansion on Peachtree for $499, you’ll get a $130 credit for dinner, a night’s stay at the hotel, breakfast for two at NEO, a $75 credit at 29 Spa, and valet parking.

PURA VIDA
Top Chef contestant Hector Santiago has a Pura Vida prix fixe menu that includes three tapas, a dessert, and a Cava toast. The first round runs for $35 per person and begins at 5:30 p.m., while the later round runs for $45 and starts at 8 p.m.

RI RA
For an Irish alternative, Ri Ra offers a special 7 p.m. toast for families and Europhiles, when it strikes midnight in the homeland. The pub also has an Irish champagne toast at midnight.
