Jinah Kim
A fashion blogger shares her style

3/1/2010

Jinah is a Georgia State MBA student with an engineering degree from Tech. When she’s not studying or working retail to pay the bills, she charts her fashion obsession on her blog, Bonjour It’s Jinah!

Silhouette I prefer a defined waist—flowy skirts and A-line.

Belt I wanted something solid to pull my outfits together. It’s nice over cardigans and dresses or to break up prints.

Nails I love glitter and crazy colors, but I’m afraid to go too crazy. I’m in business school. People come from the office in button-downs and khakis.

Shoes I love the colors, I love that they have a chunky heel and padded footbed. I’m not going to buy shoes I can’t wear to work. That’s just silly.

Style influence It stopped being celebrities and started being real people. I think that’s the way fashion in general is moving.

Fellow fashion bloggers I’ll read someone’s blog because we have similar body types or coloring—I read lots of Asian blogs for that reason—or we like the same things. It’s interesting to see how someone else styles something you have in your own closet.
