The Mughals

Pakistani restaurant food can be greasy and overbearing in its seasoning, but the Mughals in Norcross offers several items that reveal canny temperance. Tear off wedges of flaky, lushly oiled paratha (whole-wheat bread) and use it to clutch beefy bihari kebab, spiced minced lamb called keema, and dal fry—essentially lentils cooked to puree and then walloped with garlic, ginger, and spices. Heads up: Beyond the dal, little will entice vegetarians.
