The original Octane on Marietta Street may be the best study hall in town, with beer, wine, and booze for the twenty-one-and-over set and coffee drinks for everyone. But the bigger, sunnier location in Grant Park—which shares its space with the superb Little Tart Bakeshop—has more elaborate cocktails and fun bites such as crisp minilasagnas.
