Atlanta Magazine’s HOME hosted a groundbreaking event on Friday, January 26, 2018 for the Pinewood Forest Idea Home, opening in the fall. “Pinewood Forest will emerge as a major trendsetter in design, its passionate balance of preserving natural areas, and its intense urbanism, side by side,” Lew Oliver, town urbanist with Whole Town Solutions, said in a news release. “Coupled with distinctive building facades and imaginative landscape features, Pinewood Forest will provide a sacred space for a diverse population.” Both Bill Lynch, the developer of Pinewood Forest, and Oliver selected Redwood Home Builders to construct single-family homes, which are currently underway. Dana Lynch Design, Ltd. is an Atlanta-based interior design firm. They believe in continually pushing the design aesthetic forward and challenging their style.
