This northern Italian steakhouse franchise, originally started in Boston, has since spread down South, opening in Atlanta in August of 2010. The menu ranges from New American with tuna tartare and organic salmon with sun-dried tomato-mascarpone orzo, to classic steakhouse dishes with chopped salads, rib-eyes, and sides of mashed potatoes and spinach, to Italian dishes such as tagliatelle Bolognese. You can mix and match, but the Italian items and the steaks deliver the most consistent pleasures.
