3 Peas in a Pod Produce

Heading down Atlanta Highway may lead some drivers to a love shack, but for our money the more alluring destination is 3 Peas, purveyor of Georgia produce, locally canned jams and sauces, and—if you get there early enough—housemade fried pies oozing with seasonal fruit fillings. Open daily year-round, the family-owned business stocks a mix of produce sourced from Loganville gardens and trucked in from the state farmers market. A top seller this time of year is less virtuous but certainly local: moonshine jelly. It perks up a morning buttered biscuit or pairs well with sharp cheese and crackers.
