From the outside, this plucky cocktail lounge looks the same as when Cakes & Ale occupied the space before its move last year to Decatur Square. Co-owner T. Fable Jeon designed a drink menu with a duly regional lilt, featuring libations like the Goodwood Julep (with herbal liqueurs and tarragon joining the traditional bourbon and mint) and the Pinewood Old-Fashioned served on draft, made with oleosaccharum, a nineteenth-century punch base that includes sugar and lemon.
Julia LeRoy, now chef de cuisine at Watershed on Peachtree, consulted on the menu.
