Regretting all that eggnog and all those holiday cookies? Before you join the gym or invest in a salad spinner, the city of Atlanta is offering free BMI testing to see what kind of shape you’re really in.

BMI, or body mass index, uses a ratio of weight to height to categorize people as underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese. To find out where you fall, check out one of the free screenings this week:

Thursday, January 9, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Center of Hope at Rosel Fann, 365 Cleveland Avenue, 30354

Friday, January 10, 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Coan Park Recreation Center, 1530 Woodbine Avenue, 30317
