Axes replace juggling balls, tightropes are swapped for logs, and flannel stands in for leotards at Cirque Alfonse. The 10-year-old Québécois troupe takes on the lumberjack trend in an acrobatic show inspired by traditional French Canadian logging and folklore—complete with a classic folk soundtrack. We suspect Paul Bunyan would approve. We’re certain Monty Python would.
