Giving back could lower your stress

According to a study by UnitedHealth Group, serving the community has benefits for volunteers too. Ninety-four percent of volunteers say service improves their mood, and 78% say it lowers their stress. On January 19, join Hands On Atlanta for its 20th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.
