Atlanta’s congested traffic has forced developers to create “Live, Work, Play” communities. Atlantans have responded positively to this concept with developments like Avalon and Ponce City Market. Today’s consumer wants to have an engaging shopping and cultural experience, enjoying great food, entertainment, and a sense of community.
