Alliance Spine and Pain Centers

19 locations around North Georgia

Pain is one of the most common reasons for a patient to visit a doctor. For some, pain is persistent and debilitating. At Alliance Spine and Pain Centers, our team of compassionate doctors specialize in chronic pain management and interventional care. We strive to provide life-changing pain relief using non-surgical procedures. These procedures are performed in our 19 clinics and 14 JCAHO-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Centers throughout metro Atlanta, northwest Georgia, and Augusta. Alliance Spine and Pain Centers (ASPC) physicians are board-certified interventional pain specialists who work closely with patients and other treating practitioners to develop individualized plans that achieve wellness goals.

Alliance focuses on noninvasive, image-guided procedures to treat neck and back pain, such as pain from herniated discs or facet and sacroiliac joints. Our professional and experienced team treats patients in a caring, low-stress, state-of-the-art environment.

Alliance Spine and Pain Centers’ innovative physicians and staff are also academic leaders, published clinical writers, and award-winning providers. Our physicians have been recognized as “Atlanta Top Doctors” for six years in a row, “America’s Best Doctor,” “70 of the Best Pain Management Physicians in America,” and the “Top 72 Physician Leaders in the ASC Industry.” Alliance patients have voted our physicians as the “Most Compassionate,” “On-Time,” and “Best Overall” in patient care.

Alliance Spine and Pain surgery centers have been featured in articles such as “Nation’s 15 Great Single Specialty ASCs” and “Eleven Pain Management Driven ASCs to Know.” In addition, Alliance has been recognized by Becker’s Pain Review for its excellence in ASC operations. In our facilities, procedures are performed using the latest X-ray equipment, and sedation is safely administered by certified anesthesia personnel.
