Go on. You know I'm adorable.

Pet's breed: Arabian
Pet's age: 20
Your pet gets in trouble when: Tries to take treats our of anyone's pocket.
Your pet gets praise when: Remains calm when the volunteers are practising with wheel chairs and crutches.
Describe your pet's perfect day. When Comet is not in training (which he enjoys) the next best thing is spending time in the big pasture with his other horse buddies, eating grass and soaking up the sun.
What makes your pet special? Comet is being trained as a therapy horse. Comet is living in Martin, GA at 'Reins of Life' a 501c3 non profit which specializes in the human/animal bond. Comet is being trained in Hippotherapy. This means the movement of the horse is used as treatment for occupational, physical and speech therapy. The benefits to the client cannot be overstated. Along with the horse and the outdoor environment there is improvment physically, mentally and emotionally. Attitude and well being improves dramatically. The horses love their jobs, the clients love the horses and it is a win/win for all involved.
