It's more than headquarters. It's home.
Seventy years ago, a small passenger airline moved its home to a growing city in northwest Georgia. Today, that city is the economic center of the South, and Delta is proud to have grown with it, now funneling more than $20 billion annually into Georgia’s economy.
Our success continues to be deeply intertwined with Atlanta’s. As the area’s largest private employer, we depend on nearly 25,000 of its citizens to keep us running, so we’re doing our part to keep it strong by partnering with Hartsfield-Jackson to build a new $1.4 billion international terminal.
Atlanta isn’t just our headquarters; it’s our hometown, and no matter how many destinations we fly to, we know we have to be great here before we can be great anywhere else.
