As part of next month’s Atlanta Celebrates Photography, the Hagedorn Foundation Gallery in Peachtree Hills exhibits the work of photographers John Oetgen and Martin Parr. Oetgen, a prominent Atlanta interior designer, places colorful, ordinary objects in unusual contexts. Parr, a British documentarian, focuses on people in awkward social situations.
