All sweepstakes include an opt-in question asking entrants if they want to receive more information from the sponsor. A list of names and email addresses will be provided at the conclusion of the campaign.

You may submit up to five photos, but we cannot guarantee we will use all of them. If you have special design instructions, please include them in the notes below.
