In celebration of Atlanta magazine’s December 2024 issue, we’ve partnered with Discover Martin County to present 12 Days of BOA Giveaways with prizes from a selection of our Best of Atlanta winners! From December 1-December 12, we’ll be giving away one prize to one lucky winner each day.

All of the exciting prizes from our Best of Atlanta winners will culminate in one amazing prize package from Discover Martin County.

Atlanta Magazine’s 12 Days of Best of Atlanta Contest Rules and Restrictions:

The 12 Days of Best of Atlanta Contest is open to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are at least 21 years of age, and proof of age will be required to claim all prizes.

All entrants will be opted in to receive special offers and messages from Delta Vacations and Atlanta Magazine. The eleven daily prizes as well as the final Grand Prize are set beforehand and no substitutions are allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. Participants may only win one prize within the 12 days of the contest. Multiple contest entries are only counted once.

Entry Period: Electronic entries will only be accepted via the entry form on atlantamagazine.com/12-days-of-best-of-atlanta-2022 from 12:00am on 12/1/2022 through 11:59pm on 12/12/22, and will require a minimum of the participant’s name, email address, daytime phone number, age, and agreement to the general content rules.

Prizes: Prizes will be randomly drawn on each day of the contest and the winner will be notified each day by 8:00pm. Daily prizes and value of each prize will vary for each of the 11 days leading up to the grand prize on 12/12/22. Descriptions of each daily prize will be included on the landing page and will be promoted individually each day. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted.
If tickets to an event are awarded as a prize, Atlanta Magazine is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event for any reason and have no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the tickets for another prize should the event not be rescheduled or vouchers not issued. For the Delta Vacations grand prize, Atlanta Magazine is not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Claiming Your Daily Prize: The winner of each daily prize from 12/1-12/11 may pick up their prize at Atlanta Magazine’s office, 5901-A Peachtree Dunwoody Rd NE Suite 350 Atlanta, GA 30328. The prize may be picked up any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If possible and preferred, the prize will be emailed. Prior to being awarded a prize, winners are required to provide proof of a valid government-issued photo identification depicting proof of age. Atlanta Magazine reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in Atlanta Magazine’s sole discretion.

Grand Prize Winner: The grand prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, a completed IRS W-9 and a Publicity Release before any prize is awarded. By entering the Contest, Participant agrees to execute these documents if selected as a winner in order to receive their prize. Since the grand prize includes travel tickets, our travel partners may require the winner to meet minimum age eligibility requirements and to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability prior to receiving the companion travel ticket. Except where prohibited by law, failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any of these terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.
