Here, handmade corn tortillas are folded around delicacies such as stewed beef cheeks and pork al pastor. The house specialty, the tlayuda (a cross between a pizza and a tortilla, showered with meats, shredded lettuce, and two kinds of Mexican cheese), is arguably better than the tacos and the flavorful house chicken mole.
