Everyone may be excited about the Drake–Rihanna pairing at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 13, but I’m more jazzed about Cee Lo’s prospective turn at the 53rd annual awards ceremony. The Benjamin E. Mays High School grad is slated to perform with Gwyneth Paltrow (whom he worked with a few weeks ago on SNL) and (wait for it) MUPPETS, as MTV reported yesterday. Details still need to be finalized (such as which Muppets will be used), but how can one go wrong with “F— You,” “Country Strong,” and Muppets?
