Dr. David Benglis Jr. is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in the treatment of spinal disorders through open, mini-open, and minimally invasive surgical approaches. Dr. Benglis joined Atlanta Brain and Spine Care in 2011 after completing his neurosurgical residency and a complex spine fellowship at the University of Miami. He performs procedures at Piedmont Hospital in Buckhead and promotes nonsurgical options as first-line treatment. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Dr. Benglis says, “I enjoy the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders and creating a bond with my patients.
