The sad, blank walls of my home make me wish I didn’t already have plans for tonight, because SCAD-Atlanta’s Open Studio Night sounds awfully tempting.
Tonight, on the fifth floor of SCAD-Atlanta‘s Peachtree Street campus, more than 200 original paintings, photographs, illustrations, prints, and sculptures by SCAD students, faculty, and alumni will be on display and for sale from 7 to 9 p.m. Plus, there’ll be a live blues band.
This event coincides with the college’s inaugural deFINE ART fine arts festival, running now through November 14. SCAD hopes to make this an annual event to highlight the school of fine arts.
