Justin Bieber fever to strike Philips Arena Dec 23

Santa may want to go ahead and book that second part-time job now if he’s going to fulfill tween wishes to see Atlanta teen phenom Justin Bieber on the closing night of his “My World” tour set for December 23 at Philips Arena.

Pre-sale and VIP tickets for the show (presented by Xbox 360, natch) go on sale at noon Wednesday while regular tickets go on sale Saturday at 11 a.m.

The tickets available in advance Wendesday are the “My World Ultimate VIP Experience” seats that promise fans a pair of tickets in the front floor section, entry to a pre-show sound check, the pre-show VIP party (including food and beverage), an exclusive VIP bag containing an autographed photo book or program and commemorative souvenir concert ticket.

One dollar from all ticket sales will go to Pencils of Promise, a non-profit dedicated to “building schools and increasing educational opportunities in developing countries.” The shaggy-haired singer’s goal on the tour is to raise enough money to build 15 schools around the world.

And apparently, all that hair product isn’t cheap. But think of it as helping the local economy. After all,
Bieber lives in Atlanta, he’s a protege of Atlantan Usher, is
managed by Atlantan Scooter Braun and his tour vocal coach is
Atlanta’s own Jan Smith (word is from the road that Mama J is sometimes the only person on the tour the fast-rising star listens to currently…).

Ultimate VIP price tag: $349.50 per ticket before fees. The tickets must be purchased in pairs as well.

Earplugs not included.

For more info, go to Bieber’s official website or the Philips Arena website.
