Best of Atlanta Food & Drink badgeBlack Restaurant Week—launched in Houston, Texas, in 2016—came here for the first time this August. During the actually two-week promotion, black-owned restaurants around the city offered price-fixed menus, and a portion of the proceeds served Family Agriculture Resource Management Services, a regional nonprofit that helps minority farmers.
