If you’re not familiar with Starz's Survivor’s Remorse, it's time to check out this slam dunk of a comedy, set (and filmed!) in Atlanta. The show, created by Mike O’Malley, follows Cam Calloway (Jessie Usher), a star basketball player who’s career has just blown up. Recently, we spent a day on the Buckhead set of the series.

Above all, Dupri says artists need an experienced industry hand that can steer their development, shape their image, offer advice on beats and lyrics. “That’s what The Rap Game is about,” he says, “that grind, that hard work.”

The First Man with Ryan Gosling, Spider-Man flick Venom, Mile 22 with Mark Wahlberg, and Netflix hit Ozark are just a few of the movies and TV shows filming in Atlanta right now.

A sequel to Undercover Brother is filming now in Atlanta, along with the Rose Byrne, Salma Hayek, and Tiffany Haddish-led comedy Limited Partners, Dolly Patrton's Netflix series, and more.

At some point, I suppose, it will stop being a surprise that movie folks ask Atlanta to stand in for so many other places. Odd enough that Woodruff Park was a facsimile of seventies-era NYC complete with overflowing garbage cans and yellow cabs for Anchorman 2. But today, while strolling around our neighborhood, my husband and I came across a crew hard at work constructing a faux Rhode Island streetscape on a long-vacant lot at the corner of Kirkwood Avenue and Pearl Street in Cabbagetown, about the most quintessentially Southern pocket of Atlanta you could hope for.

Of course an episode focused on three traitors—Simon, Dwight, and Eugene—has more double- and triple-crossing than we've ever seen.

Rose Byrne, Salma Hayek, and Tiffany Haddish are in town for a new comedy, Limited Partners; Amblin Television and Once Upon a Time co-creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis are remaking the 1980s anthology series Amazing Stories; and Stranger Things finally wraps up filming.

Pitch Perfect 3, heist thriller Den of Thieves, Marvel's Black Panther, Stranger Things, and Netflix's Come Sunday are just a few of the movies and TV shows filming in town. Plus, Donald Glover just can't wait to be king.
