Mary Ida Townson, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee Office

Color has been incorporated into every part of the space from the stunning entry lobby to the cheery break room, the color and pattern is distributed throughout the space for everyone to enjoy. With the spectacular views from the 22nd floor of 191 Peachtree, The staff at Mary Ida Townson Standing Chapter 13 Trustee Office, can enjoy multi-directional vistas of Downtown Atlanta while being inspired and motivated within their workspace.

Southern Patio

Southern Patio sought out a space to showcase its beautifully designed planters surrounded by office and conference space to host clients. They were attracted to the 100-year old bones of 330 Marietta Street in Downtown Atlanta’s Luckie Marietta District due to its exposed brick, hardwood floors, heavy timber columns and ample natural light.

The Robert W. Woodruff Foundation

ASD assisted the Woodruff Foundation with their first renovation years ago, so it was a great honor that they selected us to provide full design services, including furniture, on their 2011 update too! Their new 7,418 SF space is located at 191 Peachtree in Atlanta, and it was designed to draw attention to the amazing panoramic views of the city.

Fifth Third Bank at Georgia-Pacific Center

The Fifth Third Bank project renovated 4,165 s.f. of the former Olympia Prime restaurant located on the street level of Georgia Pacific Center. The bank's interior features progressive bank transaction kiosks, new office spaces, custom casework, and ceiling features bringing the convenience of a full retail banking center to Downtown clients.

In April 1985, C&S donated the property to the Atlanta Historical Society. The building was then leased for 25 years and slowly fell into disrepair. On Nov. 22, 2011 the old Hillyer became the home of new owner’s breensmith Advertising. After months of renovation breensmith moved into the new office.
