The Robert W. Woodruff Foundation
ASD assisted the Woodruff Foundation with their first renovation years ago, so it was a great honor that they selected us to provide full design services, including furniture, on their 2011 update too! Their new 7,418 SF space is located at 191 Peachtree in Atlanta, and it was designed to draw attention to the amazing panoramic views of the city.
Southern Patio
Southern Patio sought out a space to showcase its beautifully designed planters surrounded by office and conference space to host clients. They were attracted to the 100-year old bones of 330 Marietta Street in Downtown Atlanta’s Luckie Marietta District due to its exposed brick, hardwood floors, heavy timber columns and ample natural light.
Fifth Third Bank at Georgia-Pacific Center
The Fifth Third Bank project renovated 4,165 s.f. of the former Olympia Prime restaurant located on the street level of Georgia Pacific Center. The bank's interior features progressive bank transaction kiosks, new office spaces, custom casework, and ceiling features bringing the convenience of a full retail banking center to Downtown clients.
breensmith
In April 1985, C&S donated the property to the Atlanta Historical Society. The building was then leased for 25 years and slowly fell into disrepair. On Nov. 22, 2011 the old Hillyer became the home of new owner’s breensmith Advertising. After months of renovation breensmith moved into the new office.
