As detailed by the Saporta Report, the Mansion on Peachtree hotel is facing possible foreclosure. What effect would that foreclosure have on Craft Atlanta, the restaurant that shares the hotel’s courtyard? “I have no idea yet,” said chef/owner Tom Colicchio, to whom I just spoke on the phone. Colicchio says he hasn’t heard anything definitive from the developers involved. “The restaurant has been profitable, so I imagine that if someone new comes along to operate the property, they would want us to stay.”
