Keep those pinkies down. A sunny oasis for the 21st-century sipper, Virginia-Highland’s Tipple + Rose offers kombucha on tap, nearly 100 loose-leaf teas, housemade scones and sandwiches, and cakes from Southern Sweets. Big white teapots and real china offer a charming vintage touch during high tea (reservations required). The concept is the brainchild of Doria Roberts and Calavino Donati, who recently relocated their popular sandwich shop, Urban Cannibals, from East Atlanta Village to Midtown. 806 North Highland Avenue
