Restaurant Eugene Author Dinner

Restaurant Eugene combines food with food for thought in this third installment of its author dinner series. On Dec. 6, David Tanis of Chez Panisse presents his new book, “Heart of the Artichoke and Other Kitchen Journeys,” while Eugene chef Linton Hopkins presents a four-course meal inspired by the book.This time, guest chef David Sweeney, formerly of Dynamic Dish, will join Hopkins in the kitchen.
