
Two hours northeast of Atlanta lies the exclusive Currahee Club, a 1,200-acre community that has long closed its gates to visitors. But beginning June 28, regular folks like you and me can come on in for the Sunday Supper Series, featuring live entertainment and special guest chefs.
Suppers take place on a hill overlooking the Currahee Club golf course—which is just as stunning as you’d imagine, considering the club’s golf program was named number one in Georgia and number four in the nation by industry organizations. The manicured greens, mountain vistas, and shores of Lake Hartwell in the distance: It’s the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner. After your meal, tuck in at The Simmons-Bond Inn, a charming bed-and-breakfast set in a 1903 mansion in nearby Toccoa.
