Georgia Southern University

Georgia Southern is growing—with a record enrollment of 20,500 from forty-nine states and more than ninety countries, it is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top ten most popular universities in the nation. That said, more than 50 percent of its students come from metro Atlanta. The university recently added civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering degrees. Recognized as being one of the most military-friendly universities in the country, Georgia Southern continues to expand its online degree offerings, which now include programs in business, education, healthcare, nursing, and IT.
