Huy’s Sandwich

The no-frills location of this Vietnamese outpost inside the Hong Kong Mall bakes its own baguettes (the owner worked at national chain Vie de France for more than ten years) and assembles visually arresting sandwiches filled with a variety of grilled and cured meats, liver spread, eggs, and marinated vegetables. The staff has a light hand with the mayo and can talk you through the exotic desserts, including colorful treats made from rice flour and coconut-scented waffles.
