With the help of 13,000 volunteers and hundreds of generous sponsors, Atlanta Habitat helps low-income families to achieve first-time homeownership, seniors and military veterans to fix up their homes, and neighborhoods to thrive.
We ensure that affordable homeownership and support for longtime homeowners remain part of Atlanta’s residential mix. Atlanta Habitat makes an annual $6 million economic investment in affordable housing, which impacts the lives of nearly 6,000 family members across the city. In 2017, for the first time in its 35-year history, Atlanta Habitat served 123 families in one year. With your help, we expect to serve more than 1,100 new families within five years.
