Jewish Home Life Community’s (JHLC) mission is to support the journey of aging through health and daily living solutions, guided by Jewish values.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Open to people of all faiths, JHLC offers a full spectrum of solutions for older adults through our eight exceptional communities and services in Buckhead, Dunwoody, and Johns Creek. As the only organization in Georgia certified as an “I’m Still Here Dementia Care Center of Excellence,” our residents enjoy leading-edge, research-based engagement programs that provide purpose and preserve dignity. For those aging in place, our community-driven services such as home care and hospice enable us to deliver our rich tradition of high-quality care to individuals in their own surroundings across the metro area.

The need for accessible care options continues to grow, and JHLC is leading the way. Our new walk-in clinic, staffed by nurse practitioners specializing in geriatrics, offers primary and urgent care services and is now open to the greater community two days a week. Your support will help this vitally important service grow—ensuring more seniors can get the care they need when they need it.
