Grady Health Foundation

MISSION
Grady Health System is Georgia’s largest public academic health system and provides unparalleled care in a wide range of critical services, including trauma, stroke, burn, cardiac, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell, and behavioral health. Grady houses North Georgia’s only nationally verified Level I trauma center, one of the nation’s most advanced EMS response systems, and is the state’s leading teaching hospital. The Grady Health Foundation partners with philanthropists, corporations, and civic organizations to fund and accelerate capital renovation, advanced medical technology and equipment, and clinical programs for the health system. The partnerships support compassionate, lifesaving, and life-changing care at Grady, where all patients are welcomed with open arms.

HOW CAN YOU HELP
The Grady Health Foundation engages community support through many volunteering and fundraising opportunities, including its two signature events, the White Coat Grady Gala and VeloCity. The White Coat Grady Gala is a black-tie event that attracts 900 guests each year, and recognizes the incredible philanthropists and awe-inspiring physicians who make a difference for Grady and our patients. In its third year and attracting over 1000 participants, VeloCity is Atlanta’s premier cycling fundraiser, offering stationary/spin classes and 5-, 25-, 50-, and 62-mile rides in support of Grady.
