The delivery market has evolved. Now, you have all these players out there—UberEATS, Grubhub, Postmates, etc. Restaurant food was never designed to be delivered. We’ve seen from the meal-kit movement that people want to eat at home; they just want to skip planning and shopping. The next generation is seeking out higher-quality, locally sourced ingredients—and they want to be at least partially involved in the cooking.
