The Paper Plane
Serves 1
¾ ounce bourbon
¾ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce Amaro Nonino (or other amaro)
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake, then strain into a coupe glass.
