Calling all new parents! In our first issue of Atlanta Baby and Beyond, we are featuring photos of new babies (six months and under) from all over the metro Atlanta area.
Complete the following form for the chance for your baby to appear in Atlanta Baby and Beyond magazine. Please note, your child must be six months old or younger at the time of submission.

This includes your child’s first name and last initial, birth date (month and day), and the city in which they were born.
