The 2017 election season isn’t over yet in Atlanta. After a city mayoral race that had 11 candidates on the ballot, the top two, Keisha Lance Bottoms and Mary Norwood, will now face off in a runoff on December 5. If you cast your original vote for one of the other nine candidates and need help deciding who to choose in the runoff, here are both candidates’ answers to our mayoral questionnaire, which we originally published in late October. Here, Bottoms and Norwood discuss issues such as affordability, homelessness, transit, education, and more.
Turnout was low for the November 7 election—only 20% of Fulton County voters showed up. So don’t waste your opportunity—vote on December 5.
