MISSION
Artz for the Harp (AFTH) is a nonprofit, public-benefit organization that has served more than 5,600 students of all ages throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Our mission is to provide harps, group harp music enrichment, and music therapy programs to students of all ages who need us most and to cultivate a positive, creative outlet for self-expression.
AFTH programs include a group set of harps and all instructional materials for students aged seven or older. Virtual and in-person program options adhere to CDC guidelines to keep our youth and seniors safe. We also offer subsidized, sliding-scale rates and scholarships to those in need.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Due to the growth of the AFTH Virtual Academy through the pandemic, we are in dire need of additional instruments for our homeschool programs as well as our in-person fall programs. We need PPE supplies as we head back into the communities and a mobile music bus to deliver our programs on a larger scale. We also welcome volunteers to assist with recitals, concerts, outreach, and more.
