The Elevate public art program is designed to jump-start economic development in blighted parts of Downtown—and be a heck of a party. The program combines large-scale murals, installations, film, gallery showcases, lectures, performance art, and a lot of street dance parties.
The event kicks off Friday with a massive Downtown block party. Check out this video from last year’s bash for a glimpse of what’s in store.
