MISSION
Established in 1891, Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) offers programs and resources to transform lives. Guided by Jewish values, our experienced professionals bring integrity and compassion to their work in the fields of aging and older adults, career counseling, dentistry, mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and need-based support services. We serve thousands of individuals annually regardless of age, race, religion, national origin, or ability to pay.
Since COVID-19, JF&CS has transformed to meet the needs of our community, providing emergency financial assistance, contactless pickup and delivery from our food pantry, thousands of telehealth counseling sessions, free support groups, and parenting resources. We have also adapted our in-person friendly visitor program to provide weekly reassurance calls to isolated older adults.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
With deep roots in the community, JF&CS was able to pivot quickly to help the community, but the need is greater than ever before, and our capacity relies on supporters like you. Donate to our Real Need Annual Campaign to ensure JF&CS can continue offering critical support to our community. Various volunteer opportunities are available, including virtual programming.
