Stephanie McCarthy is a dedicated, experienced broker associate and realtor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Stephanie brings nearly 15 years of experience to the table in all facets of the business, from resale and new construction to development and land acquisition. She earned her status as a Life Member of the Atlanta Realtors Top Producers, received her broker’s license in 2013, and is also a certified luxury homes marketing specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She continues to be a top performer year over year at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and has been recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors as a “Top 5% Individual Volume Producer” in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Originally from Ohio, Stephanie graduated from Ohio University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. A resident of Atlanta for almost 20 years, she currently resides in the Chastain Park area with her family. Stephanie is extremely involved in her local community as a member of the Chastain Park Conservancy, as well as an annual sponsor of the HIES fundraising gala and the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Spring Fling. She also supports the local Atlanta chapter of the Ronald McDonald House. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, fitness, and volunteering.
