Thanks to OmniGlobe, the world just got a little bit smaller for students at Woodward Academy. In fact, the new attraction at the upper school’s biotech lab puts the world right before students’ eyes. Specifically, the OmniGlobe offers a clear view of current and past weather patterns, changing climates, ocean currents, plate tectonics, constellations, and a variety of natural phenomena such as earthquakes and tsunamis. It can even track traffic. Donated by the Deepak Raghavan Family Foundation, the OmniGlobe is being put to good use by teachers from a range of disciplines. woodward.edu
